Chloe Sease is recognized by her peers and named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in both 2024 and 2025. She brings a calm, composed, and knowledgeable approach to every case, fighting for the results her clients want while offering practical advice and a listening ear along the way.

Chloe began her career in civil litigation, practicing insurance defense and personal injury. This experience gave Chloe valuable insights into cases with substantial financial stakes and complex legal issues. Chloe quickly discovered her passion for family law and began practicing family law full time in 2021. Since then, she has built a litigation-focused practice with extensive trial experience, representing clients through complex and high-stakes family law matters at every stage of the process. As a family lawyer, Chloe’s practice is deeply rooted in her desire to help people facing difficult circumstances.

A standout from the start, Chloe earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Baylor University in 2014 before going on to receive her Juris Doctorate from Baylor University in 2018. During law school, she served as Vice President of her class on the Student Bar Association, worked as an editor for the Baylor Law Journal where she also published her own article, and won the Baylor Law School Moot Court Competition in 2016. She was licensed to practice in 2019. In 2023, Chloe participated in the Houston Young Lawyer Leadership Academy serving her community.

Chloe is a member of the Houston Young Lawyers Association, the Houston Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Association of Women Attorneys.

When she is not practicing law, Chloe enjoys spending times with her husband, two children, and three dogs; cheering on the Houston Astros; and spending time in Watercolor, Florida.
